Best practice guide for visiting the events organised at Estonian Traditional Music Center

With the COVID-19 safety label, trusted to us by SA Viljandimaa Arenduskeskus we confirm that we follow the requirements and instructions of the Government and the Health Board of Estonia established for our field of activity, we keep up to date with the information and help visitors to comply with the virus prevention rules on site.

It’s important for us to keep our visitors and employees safe and to ensure that the virus wouldn’t close our doors and cultural organisations would remain open even when the virus is still among us. That’s why we’re following the guidance from the Ministry of Culture and the recommendations of the Health Board and the government. It’s very important to us that all guests follow these guidelines.

COME TO OUR EVENTS!

Organising events is what we do best. It’s our source of income. That’s why we’re emphasising the importance of following all the recommendations and guidance to stop the spread of the virus. When attending events, please act responsibly and follow all the necessary guidelines. We do encourage people to attend cultural events because attending events is allowed.

CHOOSE CONTACTLESS OPTIONS TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS!

We recommend purchasing tickets from the internet through ticket vendor such as Piletilevi, Ticketer, Fienta etc for a contactless experience. At the venue, we will check the tickets without establishing any contact. You don’t have to print out web tickets, you can simply show them on your smart device. We open our doors early enough to ensure that there won’t be any queues to get your tickets checked.

IF YOU’RE FEELING UNWELL, STAY AT HOME!

If you’re ill, you shouldn’t come to our events. We allow only healthy people who haven’t got any symptoms to attend our events.

DOWNLOAD THE HOIA APP!

Download the HOIA app on your phone which will alert you if you’ve been in close contact with someone who has the coronavirus. Keep your phone turned on during the concert but turn the sound off and make sure you’ve got Bluetooth enabled for the app to work.

ARRIVE EARLY!

Plan ahead and arrive to the event with time to spare. This way, we’ve got time to check your tickets and spread out the people waiting to get in and the audience inside if needed. We will open the doors with time to spare so you can take your seat when waiting for the event to start.

REGISTER YOUR VISIT!

We kindly ask all guests to register their visit by filling in a form on our website.

If we find out that a person carrying the virus has attended one of our events, we can use this data to establish close contacts and notify people of the threat in cooperation with the Health Board. We keep this data on a password-protected database and delete it after one month has passed. Filling the form is voluntary.

WASH YOUR HANDS!

In the Traditional Music Center, you can wash your hands with warm running water and soap in the toilets which are located on the ground floor and on the first floor next to the café. You can dry your hands with paper towels. Hand sanitising liquid is available near the entrance, on the building manager’s desk and in the café.

WEAR A MASK!

A mask must be worn by all persons 12 years of age and older in all indoor spaces meant for public use. Single use or reusable face masks are available on the ground floor.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE!

When moving around indoors, please keep your distance.
