Mission

The non-formal educational centre August Pulst School was founded by NGO Estonian Traditional Music Center in order to help to carry out its mission to teach and promote traditional music.

The aims of the school are:

• To bring traditional music back into the everyday life of people
• Strengthen Estonian national and regional identity
• Enhance the feeling of national dignity and build up trust in the spiritual heritage of our ancestors
• Teach respect and tolerance for other cultures

Studying at August Pulst School is flexible and takes into consideration the wishes and the background of the students and offers valuable experiences for everyone.
