Estonian Traditional Music Center continues the series of daily concert-meetings in cooperation with the Viljandi Senior Citizen's Union and Viljandi Senior Citizen's Association.

The guests at the second concert-meeting are the famous accordion players from Võrumaa Tarmo Noormaa and Heino Tartes.
