At the Festival you will hear the ensemble Oi Las from Cyprus playing for your dance just once – on Thursday at the night club. In addition to playing for you they also teach dances originating from Cyprus and Greece.
Oi Las was established in 1998 in order to preserve and develop Cyprus folk music. The ensemble has picked their tunes up from local villages as well as from written sources. They sings songs from Cyprus, Anatolia and Greek islands.
