Montreal power trio Genticorum uses a completely new sound language to interpret Quebec traditional music. Genticorum offers: humorous tunes, twisted songs, tricky rhythm, open chords, a pinch of Scandinavian inspiration, a taste of trance, flavored with fluffy groove. They are superskillful instrumentalists and also singers – three members of the band complement to each other gracefully. All three are both aggressive and traditional at the same time, wonderful in both harmonic songs and the wildest rhythms.
